What I believe
I believe in teams over individuals and love to work with and celebrate EVERYONE who is involved in making a great idea come to life. I try to keep my leadership philosophy simple and believe healthy creative studios need two things; new challenges to solve and a process and structure that allows team members to take risks while feeling supported.
My Story
I'm a PNW kid at heart. I grew up here and love it here. I feel extremely lucky to be doing what I do, blessed for the people I have both worked with and learned from and excited to wake up and go to work each day. Outside of work, my main passion is "Dadding". I have two of the world's most amazing boys, and a truly incredible wife — all of who keep me busy, grounded and suppled with an endless amount of inspiration and motivation.

My Mission
I'm on a mission to lead and develop great work, with great people, for great companies. I'm not a self promoter or trophy collector. Making a website about myself is probably just about the worst creative assignment I've ever been given.

I lead with empathy and actively look for ways to give diverse voices the chance to be heard and add value and impact on both projects and team culture.
Marketing and Campaigns
I love bringing brand stories to life in ways that better connect with their audiences. Whether it's social content or multi channel intergraded campaigns, I focus on telling the WHY behind innovative products and brands in a way that helps their message connect with their audiences.
Brand Design and Development
Brands are interesting things and figuring out how to make them connect in authentic ways is a challenge I live for. I love finding the shared values between companies and their consumers and uncovering how to express those values through voice and visuals.
